This conference is organized by the Indian Institute of Management Bodh Gaya, India under the auspices of Samatvam - The Mindfulness Centre of IIM Bodh Gaya. It aims to provide a platform for researchers, scholars, and practitioners to exchange knowledge and ideas related to the domain of “Mindfulness for Sustainable Business and Innovation.” This theme will serve as an opportunity to discuss developing a more sustainable, innovative, and conscious business style that benefits both businesses and individuals. Moreover, it will be a multidisciplinary platform to highlight the benefits of incorporating mindfulness practices into business and innovation processes.
