Step 1, Kindly prepare beforehand a PDF copy of your validated Form 5 and PNG/JPG copy of your UP ID.

Please make sure that these are clear and legible copies as these will be reviewed by our staff for your registration for a Coursera license.

You will need these electronic copies as you continue your application on Step 2.

Step 2. Fill in completely the MOVE-UP Coursera Campus Google Form for 2024.

Complete the form with your personal and academic information. At the end, you will be asked to upload your Form 5 and your ID in their prescribed file names and file formats.

When done, click Submit.

Final Reminders:

Coursera Campus licenses are limited. These licenses will be given on a first-come-first-served basis following the order of submission via the Google Form.

Kindly wait for an email indicating your successful enrollment in Coursera along with your credentials for your use.
